Regulation
1. By purchasing and using the EMME Gift Card, hereinafter the Card, the Customer accepts the terms and conditions set out herein and also available online at emme.it/gift-card/regolamento, in their entirety and without reservation.
2. The Gift Card remains the property of the issuer, Dedimax s.r.l. Unipersonale. The Cardholder is deemed merely the holder and safekeeper of the Card.
3. The Gift Card is available in the following formats:
a. Physical Gift Card, available for purchase in all EMME stores included in the list that can be consulted online at emme.it/store-locator
b. Virtual Gift Card available for purchase at emme.it/gift-card/acquista.
4. The EMME Gift Card can be purchased and used in all stores of Dedimax Unipersonale s.r.l. with registered office at Via Marino Mazzacurati 6 42122, Reggio Emilia included in the list that can be consulted online at emme.it/store-locator and at emme.it in Italy. It allows you to purchase any product from the collection sold at EMME shops in Italy, excluding the purchase of the Gift Card and any ancillary services.
5. The amount of the Card can be chosen by the Customer from a minimum value of €25 up to a maximum value of €999.99.
6. The purchase of the EMME Gift Card is not subject to VAT, pursuant to Article 2, paragraph 3, letter a), of Italian Presidential Decree 633/1972 and subsequent amendments.
7. The EMME Gift Card can be purchased using the accepted payment methods in the stores of Dedimax s.r.l. Unipersonale, and on the emme.it website in Italy, but it cannot be purchased using discount vouchers, gift vouchers, gift certificates or other Gift Cards.
8. The amount corresponding to the EMME Gift Card does not bear interest and cannot be converted into any form of money.
9. EMME Gift Cards are valid and usable only after purchase, upon payment of the amount corresponding to the gift card chosen, and its simultaneous activation. The physical Gift Card is activated at the moment it is purchased, while virtual Gift Cards from the emme.it website are activated after payment is verified. Confirmation of activation will be sent via email to the purchaser and, if applicable, to the gift recipient.
10. For virtual Gift Cards purchased on emme.it, Dedimax s.r.l. Unipersonale shall in no way be liable for the non-receipt and activation or delayed receipt of the virtual Card by the recipient due to force majeure and in any case for causes not attributable to Dedimax s.r.l. Unipersonale, including but not limited to: (i) malfunction or interruption of telecommunication lines and/or systems, (ii) delay in the transmission of information or data or the loss of information or data that may occur due to any of the causes mentioned in the preceding point (i), (iii) the inaccuracy of the information of the recipient of the virtual Card provided by the buyer of said Card, (iv) failure to deliver the Card to the email address indicated or (v) the circumstance that the email sent by Dedimax s.r.l. Unipersonale is identified as spam or junk mail.
11. EMME Gift Cards are valid for twelve months after their activation and can be used for multiple redemptions up to their specified initial value. After expiry of the term, the Card may not be renewed or used for the purchase of products, and any remaining balance may not be refunded or returned in any form.
12. If the purchase price of the desired articles is higher than the remaining value on the Card, the difference can be paid using the usual payment methods accepted in stores of Dedimax s.r.l. Unipersonale and on the website emme.it.
13. The balance of EMME Gift Cards can be checked at any time, up until the expiry date, at any store or on the emme.it website at emme.it/gift-card/giftcard-check.
14. Regardless of where it was purchased, the Gift Card is not personal and can be used by anyone who presents it when purchasing products. The card holder is solely responsible for the card’s use and safekeeping. In the event of theft, loss or damage, the card will not be replaced or refunded.
15. Gift Cards obtained by any fraudulent or illegal means may be cancelled and may not be used for the purchase of products. Dedimax reserves the right to report any fraud to the competent authorities after completing the appropriate checks.
16. The Gift Card may not be used by the holder for advertising or promotional purposes related to EMME products marketed by Dedimax, except with prior authorisation from the company.
17. The Gift Card is solely a payment instrument and is in no way intended as an investment instrument and/or a solicitation of savings.

19. In order to use the Gift Card, the holder is required to physically present it at the authorised shops when using it. Only for virtual Gift Cards, printed copies of the card received by email are accepted, as are images on devices the card has been saved to.
